His son Shri Chandra Vashistha, was one of the prominent Hindu gurus in Akbar’s court. He died in 1572 serving in the court in Delhi. The Mughal rulers gave pensions to the clans and later large chunks of lands in unknown villages of Haryana and Punjab.
