During the hunting expeditions hosted by the Maharaja of Jaipur, the royal family, and their entourage used live in tents. After the renovations were completed, the lavish tents gave way to luxurious and spacious rooms. The resort has a total of 20 suites and 16 rooms with a gorgeous view of the garden area. The en-suite bathroom is decorated aesthetically and the toiletry kit is arranged with popular Ayurvedic products. The entire resort offers Wi-Fi connectivity so that guests can stay connected with the outside world. The rooms are decorated with wooden furniture, reminding of the old school charm.

The resort is extremely kid-friendly, making it ideal for guests traveling with small children. Couples with small children can avail the complimentary cots for their toddlers. The vast pool is open to guests for the pool activities.

The Vivanta Sawai Madhopur Lodge has several dining venues for the comfort of their guests. The Veranda and the Dining Room offer sumptuous meals for the visitors. The Tiger Bar and Bar Be Que offer to their guests a wide variety of drinks and cocktails. For an intimate and romantic dinner, visitors can try the Neem Terrace.The Dining Room is especially well-known for its buffet offering the delightful Rajasthani cuisines. The accompanied pickles and flatbread served here are prepared by the locals.

What to see?


The resort is just 20 minutes short drive to the Ranthambore National Park, home of the deadly Royal Bengal Tigers. Apart from that tourists can visit the other places of interest such as the Jogi Mahal, Ranthambore Fort, and the water reservoirs like Surwal Lake and Padam Lake. After a tiring day of going sightseeing, guests can relax while listening to music and dance performances. Special magic shows are arranged for the entertainment of the kids.
