Day 01 Arrive in Delhi. Tour of Important places to visit in Delhi

When you arrive in Delhi, our representative will be there to take you to the hotel. The ‘city of cities’, Delhi is not only the capital of India but also a maze of small allies as well as old buildings and the center of political activities. First, you will visit Raj Ghat where the father of the nation is cremated. Next, you will be driven past the iconic Red Fort, Chandni Chowk and end up in Jama Masjid.

Your 'Tour package will also include a visit to Qutub Minar and Humayun’s tomb, the UNESCO world heritage sites. Your next stop will be India Gate, the Parliament House, President’s House and other Government Secretarial Buildings and last but not the least, Lakshminarayan Temple. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 02 Drive from Delhi to Jaipur (274 kms)

In day 2, you will be driven to Jaipur, the pink city as well as the vibrant capital of Rajasthan. It is the city of fascinating palaces along with magnificent design complemented by architecture. Your North India Tour Package with Nepal will be incomplete without your tour to this city. The city is called ‘pink city’ for the pink color of the buildings, painted during the 18th century, when Prince of Wales came here. Day 03 Tour of important places to visit in Jaipur as well as tour of Amber fort

Today, your journey will start from Amer fort, also acquainted as Amer Palace, earlier the capital of Jaipur. During the time of Raja Man Singh, this beautiful fort was constructed. The main entrance gate is known as Surajpol and then there is the Ganesh gate, where you will get to see the temple of Goddesses Sila Devi. The tourism package will also include a visit to the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, the five storied Panch Mahal and Buland Darwaza. Next, you will be taken to buildings like Ibadat Khana, Mariam-uz-Zamani’s palace, Naubat Khana and Birbal’s house. And then you will be driven to Taj Mahal.

In the afternoon, you will visit Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World that was built in memory of the beautiful queen Mumtaz. Next, our ‘Tour & Travel’ will include a visit to Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that comprises several fairy-tale palaces as Khas Mahal and Jahangir Palace. Day 05 Agra to Jhansi by Train and drive to Khajuraho (191 kms).

Your North India Tour Package with Nepal will drive you to the rail station in time to take a train for Jhansi. After arriving in Jhansi, you will transferred to your hotel in Khajuraho. Famous for its ancient temples, this tourist spot depicts some of the optimum art in the world. Built by the Chandelas during 950 AD to 1050 AD, these are the brilliant examples of Indian architecture. The magnificent temples were forgotten and covered with palm-date trees. The name Khajuraho takes its origin from the date trees known as Khajur trees in Hindi. Capt. T.S. Burt and an engineer from the British army re-discovered this place in the year 1838. Spend the night here.

Day 06 Tour of key places to visit in Khajuraho

Your Tour will take you to different temples of Khajuraho. And here, you will be driven to the well-known temples like Chaunset Yogini Kali Temple, Bharatji or Chitragupta temple, which is composed of magnificent eleven headed pictures of Lord Vishnu, Lakshmana Temple, Mahadev Temple, Nandi and Vishvanath Temples and Shiva’s Visha Temple. The Parasvanath Temple is the only Jain temple. While the Javeri Temple is dedicated to the Hindu Lord Vishnu, others are dedicated to god like Lord Brahma, Lord Adinath and Yamuna. Day 07 Khajuraho to Varanashi by flight

Now, you will be transferred to Khajuraho airport to board your flight for Varanasi, the city of temples or the holiest city of India. When you arrive here, you will be transferred to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to stroll around the city or visit Sarnath. Arti at the river Ganges during the evening is a magical experience. Now, you can explore the bazaars of Varanasi that are also familiar as Benaras or Banaras or Kashi. Dated back to 5000 years, it is one of the oldest living cities in the world and spiritual as well as the cultural capital of North India for years. Day 08 Tour of chief places to visit in Varanasi. Later flight to Kathmandu

Today, your trip by boat will take you to the diverse ghats. Manikarnika and Harishchandra ghats are two of the most popular ghats in the city and hundreds of devotees arrive every day. Along with taking a holy dip these two ghats are also popular for cremation purposes. According to Hindu belief, whoever is cremated on the bank of river Ganga will achieve salvation and release himself or herself from the birth cycle. Here, you will witness various funeral pyres burning around in these ghats. After that you will be taken to Varanasi airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Day 09 Tour of key places to visit in Kathmandu

Your ‘tour will now lead you to Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Along with exotic attractions of historical importance and religious significance, the city has a plentitude of things to offer. Your tour will start with Durbar square, a site that exhibits brilliant architectural structures along with various temples, fortresses, fountains, religious shrines, figurines and many more. Day 10 Kathmandu

You have a full day at leisure. Patan, also familiar as Lalitpur, is a large town across the Bagmati River from Kathmandu. Nagarkot offers you a magnificent view of Mt. Everest. Dhulikhel offers temples like Kali Temple, Hanuman Temple, Bhagwati Temple while Changu Narayan offers the oldest temple in Nepal of Lord Vishnu as well as a museum. Panauti is another city of temples and the Indreswor Temple is a large pagoda style temple.
