On the 1st day of the Kerala trip, you will arrive at Cochin, also known as Kochi and meet our representative for assistance and get transferred to the hotel. Later on, you will conduct a tour of Cochin. Kochi is one of the oldest ports in India, constructed in 1341. A natural harbor, Kochi was created by the famous underwater Malabar mud-banks, the features of which say that the more the sea is rough outside, the calmer the water will be within the harbor. This port is closely associated with the arrival of Vasco-de-Gama in India and he made this port known to the world. In the morning of day 2, you will drive to Kumarakom and after reaching there, check in at the hotel. Kumarakom, situated on the eastern side of the far-stretching Vembanad Lake, is perhaps the prettiest village you will find in Kerala. In this village, Mother Nature has bestowed all the rare gifts. The Vembanad Lake is a notable tourist spot and you can do fun activities like boating, yachting, surf riding, swimming, fishing, etc. here. There is a sole island named Pathiramanal (Midnight Sands) in the middle of this lake, which serves as an ideal picnic spot and you can easily reach there by boat. In the morning, you will be driven to your next destination – Periyar and reach your hotel. Periyar, set up in the year 1934, is one of the earliest wildlife sanctuaries in India and its area extends to 777 square km. This forms a part of the high Western Ghats, the famous mountain range in Kerala. You will get the opportunity to enjoy cruising in a motorboat on the Periyar Lake and witnessing the wildlife at the same time. A wide variety of wild animals can be spotted in this national park like – tigers, elephants, leopards, wild boars, sambar deer, wild dog, monkeys, langur, and a lot more. Night stay at hotel

This morning, you will be driven back to Kochi and the rest of the day is to be spent at leisure. You will halt for the night at hotel in Kochi.

On the last day, you will check out from the hotel at 12 noon and be transferred to the airport.
