Famous wildlife safari tour of Sunderban and Kaziranga

Following the morning breakfast, venture into a long exciting day of sightseeing and touring around Delhi - both New and Old. Some popular attractions there are the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Chandani Chowk. A enthralling rickshaw ride through the buzzing and vibrant streets of the Chandani Chowk is an unforgettable experience. Delhi also has a wide range of other historical tourist attractions including Rashtrapati Bhawan - the official home of the president of India, Qutub Minar - a medieval monument initially built by the king Qutub ud din Aibak, and completed by his son in law Iltutmish, The Lotus Temple, India Gate, and finally the Mughal emperor Humayun’s Tomb. Spend an overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

In the morning, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to the Airport to fly to Guwahati. On arrival, you drive to the Kaziranga National Park which is a 4-hour drive from the airport. We then check in at the wildlife resort. Later in the evening, we shall organize a bonfire along with the joyous folk dance of Assam, Bihu (subjective to availability) followed by a sumptuous dinner. This morning after a hearty breakfast, you shall meet our escorts who will then take you on a lovely game safari at the Kaziranga National Park. Kaziranga is the UNESCO World Heritage site and is the most famous National Parks of the North-East of India. The park consists of grasslands with shallow lakes, woodlands and is home to the famous One-horned Rhinoceros. You shall also find elephants and water buffalos in the habitat. The park offers an exciting range of Greater Adjutant Stork, Pallas' and Grey-headed Fishing Eagle and a great variety of waterfowl at the Shobhabheel. While Woodland'sharbor woodpeckers, Fairy Bluebirds, flocks of Spot-winged Stares, warblers and much more can also be spotted at the nearby river. Later come back to the resort and stay overnight.

After a wholesome breakfast, you leave for another adventurous morning as well as evening game safari again to the Kaziranga. Local guides and naturalists shall help you enhance your wildlife experience. Once done with the safari, you come back to the resort for dinner. Overnight stay at the resort.

The next morning after breakfast we drive to Guwahati Airport in time to board a flight to Kolkata. Upon arrivel in Kolkata you will be transferred to hotel. The first capital of India at the time of British rule, Kolkata takes you to an old world charm with its colonial buildings and amazing architecture. Late afternoon take a city tour of Kolkata that includes taking tram-ride, visit to the houses of great Indian poet Rabindranath Tagore and Mother Teresa. Later in the evening walk around famous Park Street to try some stylish restaurants. Overnight in Kolkata.

Today morning after breakfast, you will commence your sightseeing with Howarah Bridge, Victoria Memorial, Indian Museum, and famous Indian Coffee House. Later part of the day, take an excursion to Chandannagar, a French colony established in 1673 which still carries its French influenced in the buildings and characteristics. Return back to Kolkata and stay overnight Stay at the Hotel.

Fill in your tummies with sumptuous breakfast, and commence the day by getting transferred in a comfortable vehicle to the jetty at Sonakhali. Almost 3-hour drive but it helps you get closer to the rural Bengal, the scenic villages will remind you of the old days. You will further be taken ahead on Our personal boat. You will be then cruising down the rivers Hogol, Gomor, Durgaduani, Bidya, and the Gumdi. You will be served with tea and snacks on the cruise and our very own guide will share stories and show you the mysterious side of Sunderbans. During the cruise make sure to keep your eyes open as you will be able to start locating various birds and semi-aquatic animals already. After a while, you will reach you Sunderban Tiger camp on the beautiful Island of Bali with all modern amenities. Here, you will be served delicately hearty lunch. Afternoon at leisure. You will then be taken to Sanjekhali, to see the famous Mangrove Interpretation Center and return via the Sudhyanakhali. Overnight Stay at the camp.

This morning, after breakfast you take the cruise again to finally see the mighty tigers swim. Sunderbans too is a UNESCO world heritage site. It is home to the famous royal Bengal tigers. Enjoy the picturesque landscape as you cruise through the estuarine backwaters and mangrove forests. Fishing, timber extraction, and honey collection are the main human activities allowed within the Sunderbans. Even though there is a large number of tigers in Sunderbans, they are not so easy to spot as they mostly rest due to the heat of the day. The mangrove forests are also home to large reptiles such as monitor lizard, Estuarine Crocodile, and the Olive Ridley Turtle. Despite the difficulty in tiger spotting, the Sundarbans provide you a very unique habitat. Overnight stay at the camp.

Subsequently, post breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport to connect the International flight for your journey forward.

Post your breakfast, drive to Bhunter to board a flight back to Delhi. After arriving you will be assisted for your flight to onward destination.
