Day 01 Delhi Arrival

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by one of our representatives, who will escort you to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day to yourself, so you can either relax and rest, or stroll around the neighboring streets. Delhi, or rather, the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is one of those places, which blow tourists away with its variety of attractions. From the famous Red Fort and Chandani Chowk in the hustling Old Delhi, to the India Gate and Connaught Place in the more modernly set New Delhi, you will find an assortment of architectures and cultures from different eras of emperors and the British. The huge range of scrumptious foods adds a cherry on top. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 Delhi

Post breakfast, you can start by visiting Old Delhi first. Making your way from the famous Red Fort, built by the mughal emperor Shah Jehan, followed by Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation site, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, ending with a stroll in the streets of Chandani Chowk. Post lunch, you can venture New Delhi, starting from Qutub Minar, followed by Humanyu’s Tomb, India Gate, Parliament Street and President’s House. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 03 Delhi – Varanasi

After breakfast, you will depart for the city of Varanasi, where you will be checked in at the hotel, upon arrival. After an afternoon’s rest, you can witness the famous Ganga Aarti ceremony, taking place along the ghats. Varanasi is considered one of the holiest Hindu cities, as well as one of the oldest cities in the world. Also known as Banares and Kashi, it is located on the banks of Ganges River, in Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, it is believed that Buddha founded Buddhism here, back in the 528 BC. The city has been a culturally important center, especially for the northern India for at least a few thousand years, closely being related to the Ganges. Day 04 Varanasi

You can start the day with an early morning boat ride in the scenic atmosphere of the river Ganga, as you can witness the city come to live. This can be followed by a trip to Sarnath, the place where Lord Buddha is said to have given his first sermon, “The setting in motion of the wheel of dharma”. Post lunch, you can visit the famous silk workshops, mostly renowned for their Banaresi Saris, which are considered one of the, if not the topmost, finest textiles in India. Day 05 Varanasi – Khajuraho

Today, you will depart for Khajuraho, or the Temple City of central India. Post checking in, you can explore the well-known tenth – twelfth century temples of Jains and Hindus, which were built in the Chandela dynasty and is today a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Khajuraho is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India, with the largest amount of medieval temples, which are known for their sensual, erotic carvings on the walls and stones. The Khajuraho group of monuments is together listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since the year 1986, as well as one of the “seven wonders” of India. Additionally, it is also known for its famous Khajuraho Dance Festival. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Khajuraho.

Day 06 Khajuraho: Khajuraho Dance Festival

After breakfast, you can leave to attend the famous Khajuraho Dance Festival. The Khajuraho Dance festival is a week-long affair, taking place in an open auditorium at the backdrop of the temples. It highlights the several Indian classical dances, including Odissi, Kuchipudi, Bharatnatayam, Kathak, Kathakali, Manipuri, among the others. The festival is known to attract dancing experts from not only India, but all over the globe. It is an extremely significant way to embrace the richness of the Indian classical dances. Day 07 Khajuraho – Jhansi – Agra

After breakfast, you will leave for Jhansi, from where you will board for Agra. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your hotel where you will be checked in. You can spend the rest of the day in leisure. A trip to India is incomplete without witnessing one of the seven wonders of the world- the Taj Mahal. Built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jehan, to house the tomb of his most beloved wide Mumtaz Mahal, this wonder is made solely out of white marble, and is nothing less than a sweet treat to the eye. Other famous places in Agra include the Agra Fort, Kanch Mahal and Baby Taj. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Agra.

Day 08 Agra

After breakfast, you can start by visiting the famous Taj Mahal. This can be followed by visiting the Agra Fort, the famous red sandstone monument, and Itmad ud Daulah, also known as the Baby Taj. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Agra.

Day 09 Agra – Jaipur

Post breakfast, you will depart for Jaipur, en route Fatehpur Sikri, to see the famous Bulan Darwaza, or the Gate of Magnificence. You can also visit the famous Abhaneri step wells, before reaching Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be checked in at the hotel. Jaipur, or the Pink City, is known for its signature pink hued old buildings and monuments, as well as the famous royal era buildings including the Hawa Mahal and City Palace. Moreover, its beautiful handicrafts tend to attract not only the tourists, but locals as well. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 10 Jaipur

After breakfast, you can start the sightseeing of the Pink City. Starting from the enchanting Amer Fort, located on the outskirts of Jaipur, you can invest your day in visiting the City Palace, followed by Jantar Matar and Hawa Mahal. In the evening, you can explore the various local markets, and buy some handicrafts as souvenirs. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 11 Jaipur – Jodhpur

After an early breakfast, you will depart for the city of Jodhpur, or the blue city. After checking in at the hotel, you will have the rest of the day to yourself for leisure. Jodhpur is known as the Blue City due its several old buildings painted blue. Located at the edge of Thar Desert, it is a historically rich city, and known for its several monuments built in the royal era. From the beautiful Umaid Bhawan, to the enchanting Meherangarh Fort, and the Jaswant Thada, the options of attractions are plenty. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 12 Jodhpur

After having a scrumptious breakfast, you can leave for a sightseeing tour of the Blue City. Starting from the impressive Meherangarh Fort, you can make your way towards the nineteenth century gem, Jaswant Thada, and the Mandore Gardens, with their splendid landscaping and fine sculptures. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 13 Jodhpur – Udaipur

After breakfast, you will depart towards Udaipur. On arrival, you will be checked in at the hotel. You can take the afternoon for rest. In the evening, you can enjoy a boat cruise, in the exquisite waters of Lake Pichola, which gives you a spectacular view of the City Palace, and other beauties. Udaipur is one of the most romantic cities in India, and is known for its several beautiful palaces, that have been the location for several high profile weddings. The beautiful City Palace, among other monuments, is a sight to the eyes, and Lake Pichola is the perfect spot for cruise lovers. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Udaipur.

Day 14 Udaipur

After breakfast, you can gear up to explore one of the most romantic cities of India. You can start from the City Palace, constructed with hard marble on the exterior, and beautiful architecture from the interior, followed the famous Garden of Maidens, or “Sahelion ki Bari”. You can also visit the Jagdish Temple. Post lunch, you can visit the Nagda and Eklingji Temples, followed by a serene boat ride in Lake Pichola in the evening waters. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Udaipur.

Day 15 Udaipur – Delhi

After breakfast, you will board a flight to Delhi, from where you can take a flight to you onward destination, embarking an end to the marvelous tour.
