Itinerary
After arriving in Khajuraho, you will be transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit some of the famous temples in Khajuraho, including Chausath Yogini Temple, Chitragupta Temple, Lakshmana Temple, Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Nandi Temple, Vishvanatha Temple, Parshvanatha Temple, Javari Temple, etc. Overnight stay is in Khajuraho.
You will be dropped at the nearest airport to catch a flight to Varanasi. After arriving in Varanasi, you will be transferred to the hotel. In the evening, you will attend an evening ceremony of Ganga Aarti on River Ganga. Overnight stay is in Varanasi.
You will enjoy a boat ride in River Ganges. Then, you will visit the two popular ghats, i.e. Manikarnika Ghat and Harishchandra Ghat. You will also visit Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University having an Art Gallery and the Mosque of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb.
You can also visit Sarnath. You will visit the ruins, the stupa, the famous Buddhist temple and museum in Sarnath. Sarnath Museum remains closed on Fridays.
Overnight stay is in Varanasi.
You will be dropped at the predetermined location to continue the onward journey.
