After you arrive at the Indore airport or station, whichever you prefer, our tour operator will greet you and arrange for your transfer to your hotel in the city. After a change, wash and meal, you will be driven to Omkareshwara Temple or Omkar Mandhata Temple on the Mandhata Island, also called Shivpuri Island. After you have offered your prayers and done with your puja, visit Maheshwar Fort or better known as, Ahilyabai Fort sitting above the sacred River Narmada. Leave Maheshwar after having breakfast in the hotel and drive towards Ujjain via the old city of Mandu. Mandu or Mandavgad is a part of the Malwa region and was once an enriched city of MP. It is home to the Mandu Fort said to be India’s biggest, which you will visit as well. A little distance from the fort, Jahaz Mahal resembling a ship, is also there on your itinerary.
