After having breakfast, you will start exploring the capital city of Rajasthan. You will start with a visit to the Amer Fort. The fort used to be the earlier capital of the city.
Note: Elephant rides are available at the Amer Fort but we do not recommend opting for them as these might be harmful for the well-being of elephants. That is why we do not promote the use of animals for any entertainment or commercial purpose.
The option of a jeep ride is also available. In case you wish to spend a day with elephants, you can visit Elefantastic, where you can indulge in different types of activities like feeding, bathing, and walking elephants. All the activities are offered taking into consideration the well-being of the giant creatures at Elefantastic.
However, you can opt for an elephant ride to ascend the fort and return via a jeep ride.
Constructed out of red sandstone, Amer Fort is one of the must-visit tourist attractions in Jaipur. The fort has many entrances, out of which the major one is Suraj Pol. Besides, the fort has a temple dedicated to the Goddess Sila Devi, which is located near Ganesh Gate.
