Day 01 Chennai Arrival

Welcome India, on your arrival at the Chennai airport, you will be received by our executive and will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Post getting fresh, in the afternoon you can start by taking a sightseeing tour of Chennai. Chennai is well-known for its rich cultural heritage and world famous temple architecture that is spread all over the state. The region was served as an important administrative, military, and economic centre, it was also called “the capital city.” Overnight at a hotel in Chennai.

Day 02 Chennai

This morning post breakfast, your tour will begin with Chennai sightseeing, a seaside destination and a buzzing place with colorful shops. You can visit Kapaleeshwar Temple which is one of the most famous landmarks of Chennai followed by Sri Parthasarathy Temple and one of the world’s longest beaches Marina Beach. You can continue to visit Fort St. George, National Art Gallery. Apart from these, you can drive past the finest examples of architecture i.e Rippon building. Day 03 Chennai – Mahabalipuram

In the morning, post having a scrumptious breakfast, start your south India tour by driving to Mahabalipuram which lies on the Coromandel coast that faces the Bay of Bengal. All the monuments that are present at Mahabalipuram are classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Day 04 Mahabalipuram

Today, following an early morning breakfast embark on an exciting sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram. The town is famous for its stone carvings and is situated in the south of Chennai. Mahabalipuram once was a thriving port city under the Pallava Empire. The town has many rock-cut monuments dating from 7th – 9th century AD. Start by visiting the rathas, a temple in form of Chariot, you can also visit Mandapas which are cave temples, giant open air rock relief and Shore Temple. You can also visit Arjuna’s Penance, Krishna Mandapam, Crocodile Farm, Covelong beach, and Thirukazhukundram. Return for an overnight at the hotel in Mahabalipuram.

Day 05 Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry

Depart for Pondicherry after the morning breakfast. On your arrival check-in into hotel. Rest of the day is at your disposal to enjoy at leisure or explore the heritage streets of Pondicherry. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pondicherry.

Day 06 Pondicherry

After a refreshing breakfast proceed for a day-long sightseeing tour of Pondicherry. Pondicherry was known as ‘The French Riviera of the East’ and was a French colony until it was integrated into India as a Union territory in 1954. The town has rich French heritage which is prevalent and visible in its colonial monuments, cuisine, language and customs. Pondicherry is a place which is nestled by the lapping waves of the Bay of Bengal and amazing beaches silently unfolding with the sun while hitting the sands. When in Pondicherry you can visit Aurobindo Ashram, Auroville township, The French Institute, French war memorial and Promenade beach and the Raj Nivas. Day 07 Pondicherry – Bangalore

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and start your drive to Bangalore. On your arrival, check-in to your hotel in Bangalore. In the afternoon, after getting fresh, you can start with a local sightseeing tour of the city. Bangalore is popularly known as the city of Gardens. It is also the Silicon Valley of India apart from being the principal administrative, commercial and industrial hub of Karnataka. Day 09 Goa
