Twenty 14 Holdings has revealed its plan to debut in South Asian country India with Port Muziris, which will be the first Tribute Portfolio Hotel, part of Marriott International, near the Cochin International Airport.
The property containing 55 rooms will be made available to the public in April. Speaking on the occasion of the announcement, Adeeb Ahamed, Managing Director of Twenty14 Holdings said, “We are thrilled to debut the first Tribute Portfolio in South Asia. Port Muziris will be the first property of the Hospitality investment firm in India. It will offer the tourists with a 150-pax capacity ballroom and 2 F&B outlets along with 55 luxurious rooms. Tribute Portfolio, put in motion by Marriott International is an exquisite assortment of independent hotels around the globe, aiming attention at the expressive design moments, vibrant public spaces, and a flexible food and beverage model.
