Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has started the year with a bang. Recently, it announced the opening of Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, which is a new addition to its collection of luxury hotels. Formerly known as Fateh Prakash Palace, the property is situated in the complex of the City Palace on the banks of Lake Pichola in Udaipur. Surrounded by Aravalli Hills, Jag Mandir, and Taj Lake Palace, the palace offers scenic views of the lake.
The property is quite similar to a living museum having 65 heritage rooms and suites, Sunset Terrace restaurant, Surya Darshan Bar, and Durbar Hall. “As custodians of Indian hospitality, it is our privilege and honor to be entrusted with the responsibility of managing Taj Fateh Prakash Udaipur. This addition is an important milestone in our growing portfolio of iconic and luxurious hotels. Taj Fateh Prakash Palace also has meeting venues, where weddings and corporate conferences can be hosted. Besides, the property extends royal experiences to visitors. Guests may choose to be received in a chauffeured vintage car at the airport along with availing of unique dining options.

With the addition of Taj Fateh Prakash Palace to its portfolio, IHCL emerges as the largest hospitality operator in Udaipur with four hotels.
