Itinerary
Upon arrival from Jamnagar Airport you will be transfer by road to Dwarka.
Dwarka is one of the most ancient cities in Gujrat state and it is very famous
pilgrimage site for Hindu because of its temples. Dwarka is located on the
confluence of Gomti River and Arab Ocean
On arrival you will check-in your hotel and later visit the Ancient Dwarkadish Temple.
This temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and here you will darshan a black-marble
idol of Lord Krishna. According to legend this temple was built by the grandson of
Krishna, Vajranbha, over the presidential palace of Lord Krishna. The temple
structure is supported by 72 pillars and its height almost 80 meter. The Jagat
Mandir is the main sanctum of the temple and it has also a hall for the devotees and
roof hall is supported by 60 pillars. After having the darshan of the temple and you
can participate in the every prayer.
Overnight at hotel.
Early Moring you can visit the Dwarkadhis Temple.
Post breakfast check-out from your hotel and drive by road to Porbandar. This is an
important city of Gujrat and Indian history being the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. It
is also believed to be the birthplace of Sudama who was the childhood friend of Lord
Krishna.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel and relax. Later you will be visiting the
famous tourist palaces.
Kriti Mandir is a memorial of Mahatma Gandhi and his wife Kasturba Gandhi and it is
one the most famous tourist palace in Porbandar. This beautiful haveli was built in
1950 and here you will see many household things of Gandhiji like books, paintings,
now displayed them at the museum in the Kriti Mandir complex. Later you can visit
many other temples like Gita Mandir, Sudama Mandir, Nehru Planetarium, and Rana
Bapu’s Mahal.
You can spend some time near to Porbandar beach and here you cannot swim due
to the strong current.
Overnight at hotel.
Post breakfast drive early to Somnath. On arrival you will check-in your hotel and
later Somnath Jyotilinga Temple, which is the part of 12 th Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva.
Here you will see magnificent architecture of Temple.
After visiting you will attend the evening prayer ceremony at the Temple.
Rest of the day free at hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Morning you will can visit Somanth temple and attend Morning Prayer.
Post breakfast, check-out from your hotel and later you will be transfer to Diu aiport
in time for your flight to onwards destination.
