The trip to Pushkar begins from Mandawa, which is by road. Pushkar is known to the Hindus as a sacred place and also the oldest existing cities in India. This day you will be transferred to Jhansi by train from the Agra rail station. From Jhansi, you’ll be driven to Khajuraho. While in Khajuraho, you’ll be checked in. In the evening, we suggest you watch the prayer rituals at River Ganges Banks. Varanasi, also called Banaras and Kashi, is the oldest city in the world and existed before even before Rome. Enjoy the early morning boat excursion on River Ganges Ghats. Manikarnika bank and Harishchandra banks are the most renowned banks that are frequently visited by hundreds of devotees. These ghats( river banks) are not only famous for a holy dip but also famous for cremation purposes. Since, Hindus believe death is the salvation of life and this city is the center of all cremation purposes in India, you may witness funeral pyres burning around the banks of Ganges.
