Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar airport, you will meet with our airport representative, who will assist you from the Airport to your pre-booked hotel and he will also brief you about your tour.
Later if time permits you, you can follow the half day city tour including the famous temples like Rajarani, Mukteswar, and Brahmesar and Lingaraj.
Rajarani Temple is one of the most renowned and famous temples located near to Lingaraja Temple and it is maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). It was built in the 11th century and dedicated to Lord Shiva. Rajarani temple also called a love temple, because it contains the erotic carvings of couples and women.
Next visit to Mukteshwara temples which is also dedicated to Lord Shiva and it was built in the 10th century by the king of Somavamshi Dynasty. It is famous for its Kalinga style of architecture. Then you will be taken to Lingraja and Brahmesar temple, which was built in the 11th Century. It has been described as one of the finest examples of pure Hindu Temple. This temple is divided into four major parts, The Garba Griha (main sanctum), the hall of prayers, the hall of music and dance, the Bhoga (where devotees can get the Prasad of the Lord)
After visiting these temples come back to the hotel.

Post breakfast drive by road to Kila Dalijoda, on the way you will be visiting Cuttack. Cuttack is considered as the judicial capital of Orisha because the high court is located here. It is also known as the silver city due to its history of 1000 years. On arrival, you will be taken to a unit where craftsmen will be working. Here you will get a chance to have looked at their work technique. You can also visit some shops to purchase silver jewelry and ornaments.
After lunch, you will continue to Om’s House. From here you will have a boat ride on river Mahanadi to reach Dhabaleshwar temple, which is located on an island surround by River Mahanadi. This temple is also connected with a beautiful hanging bridge.
This temple is located on an island on River Mahanandi, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. After paying homage, you will continue to drive to Kali Dalijoda and check-in your hotel.
Kila Dalijoda was a hunting lodge of an Indian King, but now it was converted into a farm and heritage resort. It is a very natural, calm, and quiet place.
Overnight and dinner at hotel.
Early morning you will have a trek to a Sabar Tribale village with a packed breakfast, which is located nearby. Here you will get the opportunity to take some beautiful pictures of birds, butterflies, and natures. On arrival, you will have walking around the village and interact with people and will know about their culture and lifestyles. After lunch, you will visit the Munda tribal village to see the weekly market, which opens only 04 days a week Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Here you will be enjoying seeing the cockfight. Evening enjoys tribal dance during your dinner at your hotel.
Post breakfast you will drive by road diamond trainable of Orissa, which is also called the Buddhist triangle. Ratnagiri, Lalitgiri, and Udaigiri are the parts of this famous Buddhist triangle. Ratnagiri is a ruined Buddhist site, once it was one of the major Buddhist monasteries in India. Lalitgiri is the oldest Buddhist center of Orissa and it has been a holy destination for a large number of Buddhism devotees. Udaigiri is the largest Buddhist complex in Orissa state, which is composed of major stupa and monasteries. It is believed these sites Ratnagiri, Lalitgiri and Udaigiri to have been active between 07th to 12th centuries.
After visiting these Buddhist sites, continue to drive to Dhenkanal. On arrival, you will check-in your hotel.
Early morning you will walk down in the jungle, here you will enjoy a small game drive and spent time in bird watching.
Post breakfast you will drive to a small tribal village, where you can interact with local people. Afternoon you will be visiting Joranda Gandhi. Joranda Gandhi temple is built in a located where three villages meet and it is dedicated to the supreme lord.
After visiting, return back to Dhenkanal.

Post breakfast check-out from your hotel and drive by road to Puri, which is around 130kms south from Dhenkanal.
En-route you will stop at Sadeibareni Dhokra craft village. This village is famous for its bell metal artwork, which is also called Dokra art. Here you will see the lost wax technique (without using any machine), which was the oldest and most advanced method of metal casting known to human civilization. It was believed that this technique was used in Mohenjodaro civilization. Here you will see beautiful metal statues of god, goddess, and daily essentials like thalis, bowl, and glasses. These craftsmen are also expert to make the temples deities and associated ritual objects like bells, lamps which are made by the brass metal.
Later continue drive to Puri en-route visit Nuapatna, which is famous for silk sarees. It is a village which is famous for silk and cotton textiles. The weavers are experts to make a striking range of Sarees with a brilliance, glaze, and texture that is unmatched. Here you can visit Nuapatna weavers co-operate society, that brings together hundreds of craftsmen under one roof. You can purchase some beautiful sarees here at a nominal price.
On arrival, you will check-in your hotel in Puri.

Later visit Jagannath temple, which is an important Hindu temple, dedicated to Lord Jagannath another form of Vishnu. The temple was built by king Indradyunma and later it was rebuilt in the 10th century. This temple is also famous for its annual Rath Yatra (Chariot festival). After visiting this temple continue to drive to Konark and en-route you will be visiting Ramchandi Temple and Chandrabagha beach.
On arrival in Konark, you will be visiting the famous Konark Sun Temple, which was built in the 13th century by King Narashimhadeva. It is dedicated lord Surya and the temple complex has the appearance of 100 feet. it is said earlier it was 200 feet high, but now most of the temple part has been ruined. This temple is also known as Black Pagoda because its great tower appeared black.
After visiting Sun temple return to your hotel in Puri.

Post breakfast you will have same day excursion tour of Chililka lake at Satapada, which is the largest brackish water lake in Asia. Here you will take a boat cruise to explore the wildlife in Chilika lake as it is the home of many species of birds. You will have to visit Irrawaddy Dolphins and Rajhans Island, which is located between Chilika Lake. Here you may also spot Irrawaddy dolphin which is an endangered species.
After exploring the wildlife Chilika island return to your hotel in Puri.

Later check-out and drive by road to Bhubaneswar airport en-route you will be visiting Pipli and Dhauli village.
Pipli village is famous for its Chandua appliqué and patchwork. It is believed that this village is used to make the appliqué umbrellas and canopies for the annual Jagannath temple Ratha Yatra festival for many years. Here you will find a diverse range of appliqué items like handbags, puppets, purses, wall hangings, bed sheets, cushion covers, lamp covers, and table cloth.
Later you will be visiting Dhauli Peace Pagoda, which was built by Japan Buddha Sangha in 1972. It is built on a famous site where the famous Kalinga War was fought between Kalinga and Ashoka.
After visiting this peace pagoda continue to drive to Bhubaneswar Airport and transfer in time for your flight to an onwards destination.
