Our life has been stuck and is revolving around how to earn more money. We never care about our happiness and this is one of the reasons why we live in tension and are always stressed. Wherever there is stress and anxiety, human life can not stay relaxed and calm.
Some people do yoga and meditation to release stress from their mind, swimming and gym are also other options for healthy life but according to me travel is the best exercise to live long as it gives you happiness too.
From your busy life take out some time with your family for outing whether it is nearby from your residence or far away. I always prefer and strongly suggest you to travel to another place/city as it gives you something new to watch and learn.
Seeing the world is more educational than any high school or college classes. It will help you to discover how the rest of the world lives. It will cover subjects like history, geography and sociology. Every destination has something unique to teach its visitors, and immerse them in a completely different world, according to me it is the best learning experience.
Your travel to another place will teach you to learn something specific: a new language, a new cuisine, aspects of a different culture, or a deeper appreciation of faith or spirituality. You will find out totally different kinds of doing things. You will also gain awareness of new customs, cultures, people and places. These experiences will stay with you for life time and knowledge always help humans to develop.
