It is a difficult trek but provides a great experience for all the trekkers as you will get to experience icy paths , cold freezing winds along with truly magical surroundings. The trekkers can stay in a tent or in the caves wherever the ice is more stable at that time. During this month the climate is tolerable which makes this trek a bit easier. I was dumbstruck to see beautiful snow covered mountains. It was not an easy trek but i tried my best and it was such a blissful experience for me which taught me so many things.

Roopkund Trek , Uttrakhand 

This trek is very famous for the mysterious lake also known as Skeleton lake where it is said that human skeletal remains were found at its bottom. During the beautiful journey to this lake you can spot hindu temples , landscapes , majestic mountains , bird species and so much greenery around you which will make you fall in love with this place .
